Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping exclusively within the borders of the Republic of Serbia. At this time, we do not support international shipping.
2. Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are structured as follows:
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders exceeding 3,780 RSD.

Standard Shipping Rates:
- 460 RSD for orders up to 1,889 RSD.
- 580 RSD for orders between 1,890 RSD and 3,779 RSD.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the total order amount.
3. Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are subject to the availability of our logistics partners and may vary slightly based on location and courier schedules.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days, provided items are in stock. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Shipping Carriers
To ensure timely and efficient deliveries, we partner with reputable local carriers. The chosen carrier for each shipment is determined based on current service levels and availability to guarantee the best service for our customers.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking details may be provided depending on the capabilities of the selected carrier. If available, tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Restrictions
Our products are only available for delivery within Serbia. We do not currently offer delivery to P.O. boxes or locations outside of the country.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve any issues and arrange for a replacement if deemed appropriate.
9. Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees
All shipments are domestic; therefore, no customs fees or import taxes apply. Should international shipping become available in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us promptly at support@fitbite.rs or by phone. Modifications and cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched and are subject to our approval.
